I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms had everything I needed, from a hairdryer to excellent Wi-Fi signal, creating a perfect atmosphere with beautiful and clean furnishings. The service was fantastic; the staff were so hospitable and provided us with excellent dinner recommendations. The location was superb, conveniently located in the city center with charming vintage stores nearby. The dining options were varied, although the coffee was a bit bland. I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were tastefully decorated, making the best use of the space available. The comfy bed and modern clean bathroom in a separate building were lovely and ever so big, complete with a sofa to watch the TV. The onsite service was exceptional - the staff were helpful, gracious, and accommodated our early morning departure with a package of foods of our own choosing. The location was brilliant, close to the best attractions in Brugge, with friendly owners, very clean comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. The dining experience offered plentiful continental breakfast, including pastries, yoghurt, fresh fruit, and excellent coffee. I truly hated saying goodbye to this hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious with a very comfy bed, and the hotel is only a few minutes' walk from famous landmarks. The staff was very friendly, and the delicious breakfast facing the courtyard was a great start to the day. However, I found the room was not warm enough during my stay.
